Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• For Owners/Operators: You warrant that you own, lease, or hold valid legal permissions to list and allocate rooms inside the properties you list on our dashboard.

2. User Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your credentials and dashboard login keys. SaddaPG is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user neglect.

3. For PG Owners & Operators

• Owners must list real room availability rates and adhere to safety, hygiene, and local police verification standards.
• Owners grant SaddaPG non-exclusive licensing rights to display property images and details to matched tenants.
• Owners agree to settle software subscription bills or commission percentages on time as defined in their chosen pricing tier.

4. For Tenants

• Tenants agree to submit correct identity proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, voter cards) for KYC checks.
• Tenants agree to settle due rent invoices generated on the platform by the specified date.
• Tenants agree to respect property guidelines and local housing rules.

5. Payments and Razorpay Settlements

Payments are routed via Razorpay integrations. SaddaPG acts as a technology platform and does not control the banking processing times or network delays of bank settlements.

6. Intellectual Property & White-labeling

All dashboard coding structures, visuals, design patterns, and proprietary software engines are intellectual properties of BuildsInfinity Technologies. For white-labeled arrangements, licensing rights apply only to localized brand display outputs (YourBranch brand).

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SaddaPG is not a real estate broker or rental owner. We are not liable for direct disputes, security deposit issues, or damages arising between tenants and owners.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kharagpur / Medinipur, West Bengal, India.
